stazione ferroviaria a 10 minuti a piedi.
appartamento rimodernato da poco con ottime finiture.
colazione al bar di fronte al palazzo.

☹ bagno non finestrato, doccia e sanitari rivedibili.

☺ The location is just perfect, close to all types of night and day activities you can imagine at Naples. Soundproof windows, warm, vosy, great design (was once when they started). You pay for security, for staying in a great renovated century's dated building, high ceiling, space and interesting lighting solutions.

☹ The apartment needs to be renovated, the oven glass is broken and it's not safe. The wardrobes cannot be opened or closed, the kitchen furniture doors broken, the bathroom molded and dirty, overall is is a great place but maintenance needs to be strongly improved urgently. Towels and linen updated and grey being white long ago. Dirt and stains on the walls that can easily be just painted and give another effect. All this minor things affect stronly yiu stay, because you expect at least to have clean for this amount of money.
Regarding the breakfast each time you need to beg the staff of the Cafe you go across the road for you croissant and coffee and once we exited at least 20 minutes as - You are not the only one here, and no possibility to chose, but mostly the attitude that was arrogant.

Bello e Comodo
☺ L'edificio Signorile e l'arredamento dell'Appartamento.

Jó éttermek, kávézók, üzeltek a közelben.
